Celebrating 50 Years of Marshall Institute

This September, Marshall Institute marked an incredible milestone: 50 years of developing  maintenance and reliability professionals and optimizing asset performance. We celebrated our ‘golden’ anniversary the best way we know how: by coming together as a team to celebrate, align, and bond.

Over the course of the weekend in Raleigh, we combined business with celebration. Our working session largely focused on the rollout of TPR360™, our latest evolution in our system for maintenance and reliability excellence. These discussions were energizing and set the tone for the next 50 years 😊

Outside of the workshop, we celebrated. From a fun dinner at Trophy Brewing, to cheering on the NC Courage at WakeMed Soccer Park, to a formal evening at Sitti in downtown Raleigh. We enjoyed good food, laughter, and most importantly, our time together.

The heart of Marshall Institute has always been its people. This anniversary was not only about looking back at the past 50 years, but it was also about looking forward, united in our purpose and passion to help organizations unlock excellence in maintenance and reliability.
