As COVID-19 continues to impact public health and the economy, we want to communicate that Marshall Institute takes the health treatment of COVID-19 seriously, and we are taking necessary precautions to protect our colleagues and clients.
That being said, we want to clearly state that Marshall Institute is healthy and open for business. We are fully equipped and ready to deliver remote consulting, coaching and training support via video conferencing, live webinar training, phone calls etc.
To slow the spread of the corona virus, we’ve taken the following actions:
- Our short-term public seminars have either been converted to online delivery, or postponed to a later date.
- Our onsite implementation resources are working diligently with clients to convert all short-term project activities to highly valuable support, delivered remotely.
- Our office-based staff will provide regular client support and coverage by working either remotely, and/or on a staggered schedule at office locations to allow for safe social distancing.
Our hearts go out to those who are unable to shift to remote work so easily, and we want to express our warmest appreciation to staff working tirelessly in hospitals, pharmacies, groceries and other vital front-line services.
Although we agree that public health and safety is our top priority, we're also aware of the large economic impact we all face. Marshall Institute’s goal is to continue to support our clients with due care and caution, and hope that others will do the same. We're all in this together, so let's work together to preserve both our health and our businesses.
