Leadership Announcement
Raleigh, NC, May 2024 – Marshall Institute is thrilled to announce a strategic leadership change that is designed to support the continued growth and world-class performance of our company for decades to come.
As part of this plan, the following role changes took place on May 1st, 2024:
- Greg Folts is moving from a split CEO/President role to a focused CEO role whereby he will advise on company direction.
- Thomas J. Furnival is stepping into his new role as the President, where he will drive strategic direction and performance.
- Steve Gowan is moving into the VP of Consulting Services Role where he will drive the strategic initiatives and operational performance of our onsite implementation business.
