As we reflect on the last 5 decades, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with the best and biggest companies across five continents, we have served thousands of clients and coached and trained tens of thousands of dedicated industrial professionals. It has been an honor to work alongside such diverse and passionate people, united by the shared goal of operational excellence through maintenance and reliability.

Our origin story continues to inspire us. Our founder, George Smith, was a true pioneer in U.S. industry. His visionary leadership helped shape the foundation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and supported the post-WWII industrial resurgence in Japan, working alongside the legendary Seiichi Nakajima.

While much has evolved in the world since our inception in 1975, including our industrial landscape, what remains the same is our steadfast commitment to our core purpose, values, and desire to make a positive impact.
